As owner of www.allsinglestravel.com, ERIC KRAVITZ not only makes it easy for single people to book dream vacations with other singles, but he goes along for the ride as well. Kravitz answers Julep's Four Questions.

1. What book, movie, TV show or other medium are you dying to share and why?

Young or old, rich or poor, from any walk of life, everyone has found themselves in one of the situations that Seinfeld portrayed. Whether it be losing their car in a crowded parking lot, or waiting for a table in a crowded restaurant, Seinfeld brought such wit and humorous perspective to things that everyone frets over in their daily lives. The show made us laugh about things we would otherwise have taken for granted.

2. If you could have brunch with one biblical or historical Jewish figure, who would it be and why?

If I could choose one character from the Bible to have brunch with, it would be Moses. He led an entire people out of oppression and would have fascinating stories to tell. If I were to have brunch with a modern-era Jewish figure, it would be Golda Meir because she presided over a monumental period in Jewish history and was instrumental in so many Jewish policy-making roles that shaped both Israel and the rest of the Jewish world.

My favorite Jewish food is noodle kugel, or, as I grew up calling it, noodle pudding. My mother would make it along with dinner quite often, and it was a treat to eat it. To this day, if I go to my parents' house for dinner and my mother says she is serving noodle pudding, she knows my eyes will light up and I will share a big smile.

4. Nu? (So?)

I love what I do for a living. Having my own business for the past 12 years has been a dream come true. Being able to travel the world in my work and to do so in a manner where I am sharing the most beautiful and often historical spots on earth with my clients is another dream come true. Being able to see smiles on their faces and to receive their thanks for planning and coordinating their dream vacations is a joy each time. It is a great feeling knowing that I make possible what otherwise would not be possible for my clients — the safety and security of a personally escorted group travel setting, the cost savings of providing them with a roommate so they don't have to pay the "single traveler supplement" that most tour operators and cruise lines charge, and the fun of traveling with other single travelers with whom they can make great new friendships.
