DAVID SUSMAN, 40, owns a gourmet and specialty food manufacturing company. We think he is Such a Catch. David tells Julep a little about herself:

1. What are you looking for in a mate?

A woman who is honest, loving, respectful, confident, smart and is not afraid to communicate. Having a mutual understanding of one another rather than trying to be understood. Someone who is willing to make corrections instead of judgments. Has direction in her life, loves animals and believes together that being happy is more important than being right.

2. What are your best qualities?

Me? I have a great sense of humor, good-hearted, nonjudgmental, laid-back and genuine. If I want or need to achieve something, I stay focused and tackle it till it's acquired.

3. How do you spend your spare time?

I like to be with my friends and family, enjoying our times together since most have limited time due to their children's schedules and other obstacles (work) life throws at us. I also enjoy the outdoors, creating unique culinary adventures and creations. Concerts, traveling, weekend trips, boating and just hanging out.

4. What is your guilty pleasure?

Enjoying a lazy day or three by the lake or on the ocean. I love to entertain!

5. Etc.

I have recently started taking helicopter flying lessons, something I have always wanted to do and have loved it! Being an Atlanta native, I never knew how beautiful our city is; from the air at night, it is beautiful!
